How long will I have the loan phone?
Usually 1–3 working days while we wait for the part to arrive and carry out the repair. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Will I lose my data or contacts?
No — the loan phone is just a temporary handset for calls and texts. Your data stays on your own phone (or in your iCloud or Google backup). We don't touch your data.
What if I need a smartphone, not just a basic phone?
We do our best to match the loan phone to your needs. Let us know when you book and we'll see what we have available.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required. We operate on trust — and we've never had a problem.
