Never be without a phone — borrow one while yours is being repaired

One of the most common worries people have when they bring a phone in for repair is being left without a device. For most of us, our phone isn't just a phone — it's our alarm clock, our bank, our way of staying in touch with family, and our map. Going without it, even for a day or two, can feel genuinely disruptive.

That's exactly why we launched our loan phone scheme. If your repair requires a part to be ordered in — which is sometimes the case for less common models, specialist screens, or specific battery types — we'll lend you a clean, working phone to use in the meantime. Free of charge, no deposit required.

The way it works is simple. You bring your phone to us (or we come to you), we assess what's needed, and if a part has to be ordered we hand over a loan phone there and then. You pop your SIM card in, and you're back up and running within minutes. Your number, your calls, your texts — all working as normal.

Most parts arrive within one to three working days. Once your repair is complete, we swap back — your phone returned to you, good as new, and our loan phone back with us. It really is that straightforward.

The scheme is available to customers in Llangollen and the surrounding North Wales area, subject to availability. Loan phones are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you know you'll need one, just mention it when you get in touch and we'll make sure one is set aside for you.
